I cannot use Internet Explorer, every time I open a window
a message apear :

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I got this problem for the last week , i hope somebody can
help me .........
***I have already install all the the updates for windows
update***

Do you see a connection here?
I have already install all the the updates for windows
update

I did the installation by open the windows update with
windows explorer

That was happening to my computer
when I had MSblast.exe worm. Maybe
not yours, but there are free virus
scanners available. Symantec is one
good one. Luck!!!

Heidi,

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this helps, read here for further troubleshooting:
