I can't send e-mail!!!! Help

hi!
i can receive but i can't send e-mail report of the e-mail detect a Erro:
0x800CCC0B and i don't know what that mean!!! can you help me pleaseee!!!

Showing the full error message instead of just part of it would help.

Also, what if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them
tend to cause various problems in Windows Mail.
