I can't send attachments with my emails, using Outlook 2003.

I am having so much trouble trying to send attachments with my email program.
I am using Outlook 2003 and it doesn't seem to matter whether it is a PDF
file or a Word file, or even photos, the email simply times out and never
gets sent.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?
 
What type of mail account do you have? What is the exact error message?
 
Disable your virus scanner's integration with Outlook and try again.
