I can't see "hibernate" option in the "shut down" dialog.

I have set my OS to surport hibernation,but I still can't see "hibernate"
option in the "shut down" dialog. Could anyone tell what I can do about
this?

When the shutdown dialog is on the screen, push the shift key
and the StandBy button will change to a hibernate button.
