I cant save my movie

Is any one able to help me to save my
movie, each time I try to save it it says, "an error has
occured, please try again.

Are you sure the site (www.papajohn.org) has the Problem
Solving section? How come I see nothing like that?
There's only one link back to the Microsoft Newsgroups...
Am I missing something?
