I can't remove programs using Control Panel

Hi,

I want to remove some programs but nothing happens except a nano second
panel which I cant read and then the listing is still in Add,Remove Programs

I have XP Pro SP2

It also does not uninstall from the Shortcut Start Panel.

It is 597MB and I need the space desperatly.

What's the name of the application?

Pinnacle Studio 8 A video program altho' it also does not work with
some others I want to remove.
