You need to log on to your online mailbox at the website of your ISP, and
delete some messages.
Or in WM you can go to tools menu>accounts>select the
account>properties>advanced tab, and either remove the checkmark from 'leave
a copy of all messages on the server', set a sensible number of days for
deletion of messages, to avoid this problem recurring.
