I can't print greek symbols

Hello,
I'm using greek symbols in a word file (i'm using times new roman font for
both), they come out fine on the screen but when i print they come out as
squares. I'm not sure if this is a word problem or a printer problem. Any
ideas?

Check your printer settings: make sure you're downloading all fonts instead
of substituting printer fonts.
