I cant open target.com

Hi, I am finding that I cant open certain web pages. Like
one of them is target.com . What do I have to do to
change this?

Make sure that you have the complete protocol and address/
http://www.target.com
Any success?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS, reboot.
