I can't open outlook

I think I deleted MS Exchange Server by mistake. How can
I fix it and get it running again.

Please Help Me!
 
control panel, mail applet. create a new profile for your account.

I would be VERY surprised if you "deleted" Exchange server. What makes you
think you did that? Do you have Admin access to your mail server?
