I can't open links in my e-mails.

Hallo there.
I can't open links in my e-mails.
They are high-lighted to click on but they don't open.
Does someone knows whats going on
 
Go Tools/Options and click on the security tab...uncheck the do not allow
attachments to be saved option.
 
His issue is with links within the email, not attachments.
This is an issue that is addressed quite frequently in the Outlook Express
newsgroups. I recommend the O/P try there.
