I can't log into with my password

I lost my pasword I'm always trying to log into and it's impossible .
I don't know wether the problem is with my username or password , since
my last changing it was on 31th/12/2005 and after filling up that form
with my second e-mail and secret word even so there's no effective
help. what can I do now? help me please ?
