I cant install anything...

When trying to install a program on my windows 2000 pro.
I recieve a message like the fallowing.

"Windows Installer

The systems administrator has policies to prevent this
intallation"

Does anyone know how to disable the policy so that I can
intall my programs.

Yes, I have tried logging in with administrator and it
still gives me the error message. What do I do?

Try going to the command prompt and type:
change user /install
when you are done go back to the command prompt and type
change user /execute
make sure you put a space between user and /
