I cant get rid of the reviewing toolbar on my website

No matter what I do it keeps popping up the next time Im on line. How can I
get rid of it?
 
This usually means that the document contains tracked changes or comments.
Resolving those reviewing elements will prevent the reviewing toolbar from
automatically appearing.
 
The changes button says this document contains no comments or tracked
changes. Any other possibilities?
