I cant get rid of a too large message from my outbox

I tried to send a message with avery large attachment (46mb) through my
hotmail account uing outlook. It wont send and stays in my outlook outbox.
When I try to open the message I get a message saying outlook has already
stred sending the message. Ive waited hours and it doesnt send. Any ideas how
I can delete this message from my outlook outbox. (Simple delete doesnt work
either)

Click File and check Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
