i can't get my security tab

i can't get my security tab by right clicking any of the
folder.i want to lock the folder so no other user can open
it.

If you are running Windows XP Home Edition, in order to have access to the
Security tab, you must first start in Safe Mode and log on with an account
that has Administrative rights
To access the Security Tab in WinXP Pro:-
Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View and uncheck
"Use Simple File Sharing" and click "Apply".
 
You can also put them in a zipped folder and add a password.
