I can't get my 108 key keyboard to be reconized.

I have a new keyboard and it said that it was designed for Windows XP. It is a MICROinnovations keyboard and it has the enternet featurs. My computer reconnizes a 102/104 standard keyboard or PS2 keyboard. How can I fix that if the MICROinnovations' website said that there is no softwear and no softwear needed?

Pressing the NumLock key does not give access to the numeric keypad?
Software is usually needed to enable internet and multimedia keys.
