I cant get incoming email

I just set up my outlook account. Everything works exept I cant get incoming
emails. I keep clicking the send rceieve button but its still not working
 
Any error messages. If so can you post here in it's entirety. And what do you mean by "everything works" Does it Send out emails? Did you set up your email account ?

Did you use the Test Account Settings?
