Dell server
Win 2k SP3
2 gig ram
Broadcoam NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet

IP: 10.91.10.44

ALL servers have the same ip config except for the obvious ip address.
For some reason, this particular server, I cannot FTP externally or
surf the web on it. I can only surf on the intranet. It has IE 6.

This is the route print of the server.

Anyone know why? There's nothing ont he firewall that indicated that
this ip address has been blocked from FTPing or surfing the web.

Do you need a Proxy client to surf through your firewall? Or LAN Connection
settings in Internet Explorer?

Those settings are exactly the same as any other servers. The ability
to surf the web or FTP from this server stopped 2 weeks ago. The app
dev guy who uses this server said he didn't change anything.
