I can't forward some messages from my inbox to others. any ideas?

I checked that the senders did not prohibit forwarding but some of my
forwards are still not going through.

Are the messages leaving your Outbox? Have you set a delivery receipt for
them? It could be the senders are receiving them but it is going to their
Junk mail. Confirm if the messages are being delivered or not first.
 
I'm using Outlook 2003. When I try to forward, it goes into my 'sent' folder
but I later hear that it wasn't received.
I just attached a read receipt and a received receipt but I didn't receive
either.

Some things I can forward and some things I can't.

Hi BillR,

yes, they're leaving my outbox and appearing in my 'sent' folder. I'm not
getting a received or read receipt. The recipient has checked his junk folder
and it's not in there.
