I cant figure out how to get back to the web site editer

I hade worked on my web site. Then i turned comp of and came back and i came
here and i cant find where to keep editing my site. and im getting kinda mad

Not an Microsoft Excel issue. Perhaps some note paper and a pencil would
be of use?
