I can't enter data but I can delete data. I checked security.

This is something new for already created worksheets as well as new ones.
When I attempt to enter data, the word end shows up at the bottom.
 
It sounds like you are talking about Excel. In this case, you posted to the
wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database
application) and not general computer "access".

Suggest you re-post to aone of the relevant newsgroups for Excel.
