I can't drag any URL link in Outlook 2007 to IE7 anymore?

I can't drag any URL link in Outlook 2007 to IE7 anymore?
I always have one outlook and several IE windows opened. I used to be
able to drag a URL link in the reading pane (body of the email) to any
IE window I want and get it opened there. Now with Office 2007, I can
only click and it will open the link in the active (or last active)
IE.

Can this be fixed?
 
Not possible.
Just be clear, you have multiple IE windows open aside from having multiple
tabs?
Reusing IE tabs/windows is an IE feature. Unless IE overrules it, Outlook
will open links in a new tab/window.
