I can't download the PS

I am not able to download the PS is there something I need to install first,
or is the beta download for the next beta not going yet?

I'm using WinXp Home Sp2

I am unable to download the Microsoft Windows PowerShell(PS) I am running
Windows Xp Home Sp2. do I need to download a required program or is the
presant Xp Home beta for the PowerShell(PS) not avalible yet, sorry for the
non technical question format of the first try at this question.

Powershell beta, and am wanting to konw if beth beta is open for Win Xp Home,

First thing you need to do is install Windows Server 2003 as that is the
only OS it will run on.

No they don't get flamed, they get told how to post properly because they
obviously haven't taken the time to do so on their own before they sought
help here. If the question contains no useful info, a useful answer can't
possibly be provided.
