I can't download movies, but can on programs?

Hello fellow IE users i have a wierd problem, my laptop can download programs with.exe fine and .zip etc... but when i try to download movies like.mpeg i just get 0% complete with the size of the download and the classic hourglass the download seems never to get going? Well I was just wondering if any IE people know, thanks

Try with a new cache.

Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
