I can't delete an e-mail from my Inbox

I have an e-mail in my Inbox that I can't open, delete, or move. When I try
to delete it, an error message comes up that says "Unknown Error". The IT
guy here hasn't been able to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas?

repair your PST file.

Another question. How full is your folder "deleted objects"? More than
16.000 emails?
If yes, delete here the emails and try it again.
