i cant delete a folder

i can't delete a folder which is empty, when i try to
delete its saying "is a windows systems folder,is required
for windows to run properly, it can't be deleted" but the
folder is empty.

Hiya :o)
Just a dumb thought... Are all hidden files checked off to
be seen? Also whats the folder name (profile possibly)?
