I can't Customize Outlook Today

When I click on Customize Outlook Today nothing happens.
I'm using Outlook 2000.
What can I do to find out what I did wrong in the
installation or setup?
Should I be able to Customize Outlook Today?

If you recently installed SP3 for Office 2000, by default
it disables customization of Outlook today. If you want
to re-enable it, you need to modify the following
registry key:

KKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Application Compatibility

Add a DWORD value called OUTLOOK.EXE

A value of 1 allows customization
A value of 0 disables customization

MS recommends you enable it, make the changes you want,
then disable it again. I can't remember the MS support
article number...

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
