I can't close off Programs using my....

Ctrl + Alt + Delete Buttons can some one please help I have been reading all day!!! lol
 
i don't think its possible to force a program to close using crtl+alt+del.

you need to use task manager (ctrl+shft+esc)
click over to processes tab and select on the one you want to kill and click
end process.
