i can't click on any buttons

to Whom ever can help me,

I don't know what happened but out of nowhere I can no longer click on some
buttons. What I mean by that is some buttons when I click on them (for
instance the google search button), the button clicks, but it doens't go
anywhere or submit any information. I think it might be doing it only with
java buttons? Would that make any since? If you could help me and let me
know what I should do that would be great!!!
