I can't browse at all !!

I can ping anything but cannot browse at all.
Already runned winsocketfix and tryed everything.

I can't understand why I'm facing the same problem on a machine running
WinXP and another running W2K, on different servers and networks.

I can only access the net running on safe mode (???)

Please someone help me!!!

with a class c mask(255.255.255.0) than this machine at
200.152.18.x. The number in the third octet (0, 18) HAVE
to match with a 255.255.255.0 subnet mask.
