i cannot use hotmail or anyother email service for some reason

when i try to acess my hotmail account the page loads
until it comes to the screen saying The page cannot be
displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
The Web site might be experiencing technical
difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings.

i have tried everything to fix this but no results.
please help if you can

There are a number of ongoing server issues due to recent virus and denial
of service attacks.

In the meantime, try the following:
Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, click delete
cookies, delete files and accept the option to delete all offline content
and clear history. Then try accessing Hotmail again.

As I said above, this may just be a server issue in which case you may have
to wait it out. There have been a few times in the last several days when I
wasn't able to reach Hotmail either.

yes i worked that part out too but i cannot find a
perminant soloution and i do not know what the problem is.

If you mean you sporadically have been able to get in, the servers are still
in a mess, hence, the problem is intermittent. As I said initially, there
are a number of ongoing server issues and with server issues, you can only
wait them out until the technicians get them resolved.
