I cannot set up a second account. I get error number 0x800ccc92

I am trying to put a second email address in my outlook and when I
send/receive I get an error message 0x800ccc92. I think I have put all the
relevant info in the setup. I used my working account as a model.

Is this second email account from your ISP or is it entirely separate?
