G Guest Dec 18, 2004 #3 Close Outlook - Start Run regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft office\office10\addins\outbak.dll" reopen outlook - You may have to search for your ADDINs Directory and modify the path in the command accordingly - this worked for me
