I cannot see my D: drive on my computer can anyone help me

I'm trying to restore my computer with the CD that came with it whe I bough
it but I can't see my d: drive and the drive would not read the cd can any
one help me.

When you start your system with CD in look for a message at the bottom of the
screen that says push XXXX to start from CD
