I cannot pull up my database screen in Access

When I open my file, the screen is empty. If I click on the relationship
button, it appears (partially connected) and I can only access the 1st file
on the 1st table with the autoform button.
 
Sounds like you can't see the standard database window.

Try pressing F11, that might bring it up assuming the F11 key hasn't been
disabled.
Alternatively, hold down the 'dhift' key when you double click your database
to see if that works.
