I Cannot Open My Hard Drive

Ive already posted tonight but it hasnt appeared so im trying again. Tonight
ive been tryin to open 'My Computer' but it wont open and i get this box open
up with the heading "Data Execution Prevention" and then it reads: To help
protect your computer, windows has closed this program. Can anyone help me
with this problem? A few other programmes like Windows media player do work.
