I cannot open any message attachments

I am unable to open message attachents. I use Windows Vista. This has
happened since I downloaded an upgrade to iTunes. Any suggestions?
 
What happens when you try? Are these all .msg files? If yes, then either uninstall Google Desktop Search or disable it from indexing your OUtlook files.
