I cannot make a new appointment or send a meeting request

There are many reasons that this can happen:

- You do not own the calendar you are trying to make one on.
- Your program is corrupt.
- Your forms are corrupt.
- Your keyboard is unplugged.
- etc...

Please give more detail, like do you get an error?
If so, What is the exact wording of the error?
What are you doing that you think you cannot?
(Example: I click on NEW APPOINTMENT and ...)
What version of Outlook are you using?
