I cannot get Streets & Trips 2008 to install in Vista Home Premium

I cannot get Streets & Trips 2008 to install in Vista Home Premium. Yes, I
have tried using Administrator privileges. Get the message "Error 1316. An
error occurred while attempting to read from the file
C:\Windows\Installer\DATA.MSI".

I posted this on the Streets & Trips Forum and was told it's a Vista problem!

Help. Does anyone know what may be going on? Thanks for all responses in
advance.

Try running the 'Windows Installer Cleanup Utility'
