First, STOP SHOUTING!

The Junk E-mail folder is protected. Outlook won't let you delete it. What
version of Outlook? What view are you using?

Your keyboard is stuck in upper-case mode; use Shift+CapsLock to fix it.

Start Outlook with the /resetfolders option to restore missing folders.
[Start -> Run -> type 'outlook /resetfolders' (without the apostrophes)]

What do you mean by shouting, because of the caps? Everything was in caps in
the original message for importance of the message.

I use Outlook 2000

First of all, I did not shout. I used ALL caps for every word.

On Usenet, which is what you are actually on, that is considered SHOUTING.

Posting in all caps won't make your message seem more important.

Outlook 2000 does have a Junk E-mail folder. That folder didn't appear in
Outlook until Outlook 2003. If you're connected to Exchange 2003, I can
imagine you might see a Junk E-mail folder, but Outlook 2000 considers it
just another ordinary mail folder. You're welcome to create one, but,
again, Outlook 2000 won't treat it in any special way. It's just another
mail folder.
