I cannot delete messages out of my inbox, help

I cannot delete messages out of my inbox. It just started to happen last week.
some can be deleted and other cannot???? I tried moving them into the
deleted file and get error message. but they still dont go anywhere/ Does
anybody have a answer to this problem. This is in outlook express.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook

97/98/2000/2002/2003 from the Office suite of products. Outlook

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
