I cannot copy user profile!

I have an AD user account with local administrator permisions. This account
becomes to server administrators too.
I cannot copy profile of this account even so I am logged as an
administrator.

1) What error, warning, or message do you get?
You have not stated what happens when you try.

2) Are you using simple file sharing?
if not, check the file/folder permissions

3) Why do you want to copy it? (there may be a different way to do what you
need)
 
Button Copy to is Enable now for copy user profile! But what make this
button?

Simply I want to copy all of user settings from user belong to one domain to
user belong to other domain, or all of local user settings copy to another
local/domain user.
They are desktop icon, last used files, quick launch icon, Web pages
history, color settings, exchange account setting, start menu etc.
