I cannot believe you charge 4 the softward & then assistance too

I cannot believe that Microsoft charges a small fortune for their software
and then charges $35,oo per request 4 assistance in using the software! My
system--trial for now--offers Outlook and when I went to pick up my
mail--which I KNOW I have as I can view it at Yahoo, about 12,000 pieces
+--it doesn't even provide a send/receive option under File/Edit/Tools/or
Actions! How does 1 activate the program to pick up my over-full yahoo
mailbox so I can re-activate that mailbox to again receive more new incoming
mail?

posting in the Outlook newsgroup; scroll down the list of newsgroups
at the lower left of the webpage.

This newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access.

It is quite likely that Yahoo tech support (which is not affiliated
with Microsoft in any way) might be able to help as well.
