I can see th formula result in the dialog box but not in the cell

I am working with exel and I am using the IF and SUM Funcions, I can see the
result of the next formula in the formula result dialog box but the cell
shows 0 can somebody help me?
=SUM(IF($A$3:$A$129=F4;$B$3:$B$129;0))
 
You need to array-enter this formula (using CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER or
CMD-RETURN).
