I can receive mail but can not send it!!

This is the error message that appears:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'DES Lifestyle & Spa
Retreat 2009', Account: 'pop.secureserver.net.', Server:
'smtpout.secureserver.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any sugguestions? Thanks!
 
Wrong port. That server uses port 80 for SMTP.
In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account,
Properties, Advanced. There you will see the place to change
port 25 to port 80.
