I can only save as BMP and View Source wont work

Ok I'm having a major problem. Everytime I try and save an
image via explorer it only gives me the option to save as
BMP even if the original file is a jpg. It also will no
longer allow me to View Source opening notepad. I figured
this was an XP issue. Anyone else have this problem or
know how to deal with it?

Hi, Scott -

Empty your Temporary Internet Files folder.

In IE, under Tools --> Internet Options --> Temporary
Internet files, punch the "delete files" button.
