I can not Send email

I am setting up Mail and have no problem receiving mail but can not send
mail...I have checked AOL to see if I have done everything correctly and it
appears that I have..here is a copy of my error message: Any help would be
appreciated:

Account: 'imap.aol.com', Server: 'smtp.aol.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
