I can not save a movie

I can save a project but I can not save a move for nothing . I have the disk
space . I have all the files . I can import a project . I can save a project
but I can not save the project as a movie . Help Please
 
More details please

machine?
OS?
version of Movie Maker?
one or more video files in the movie of what format?
or all pictures? 10 of them or 1000s?
can you make a movie with just one photo and save that out?
