Interesting.. a "Thanks Anyways" response with nothing else.

Perhaos this problem would be better taken up with the manufacturers of the
PHONE and/or SOFTWARE that came with the phone?

Have the same sh...... situation!!!! the curious thing here is that my bro
has a Sony K700i and it`s working perfectly in the same pc!!!!!!!
Please... does anyone knows the trick....... let us know!!!!!!!!
